Make something for her!! =D Making something for her will be just as good as any old item in a store. Something you made is something that you put your heart and soul into.
Like, on my 5th month anniversary, I made a small video for my boyfriend. he really liked it.
And for Christmas, I made him a clay figure of him and me and his favorite super hero, Iron Man. It wasn't the best but he really liked it because I made it with my own two hands.
And if not those, maybe even draw her a cute little picture, create a word search with a hidden message in it, or even blow up a balloon and have a small note IN the balloon saying, "Happy 7th month anniversary"! That one might be the cutest one. :]
